Bengals Select Billings!

Former CenTex standout DT Andrew Billings (Waco '13/Baylor) was drafted in the 4th round by the Cincinnati Bengals with the 122nd pick in the 2016 NFL Draft. Billings was an AP 1st team All-American for the Bears and was Central Texas Football Recruiting Magazine's Defensive Player of the Year for the 2012 season. He was also a phenomenal performer in power lifting as a prep.

Colts Get Clark in the 3rd Round!

Congrats to former CenTex standout, OT Le'Raven Clark (Rockdale/Texas Tech) on being drafted in the 3rd round (82nd pick) of the 2016 NFL Draft by the Indianapolis Colts! Clark was a multi-year starter for the Red Raiders.

CenTex '18 Prospect Spotlight! Tyler Dykes, Athlete (Iola)

CenTex 2018 prospect Tyler Dykes (Iola, 5'9" 150, 4.45) is as versatile as they come. Whether it be running the football, catching the football, or returning the football, LOOK OUT! He's also very elusive in space. There's a chance that he can be a state finalist in the 100 meters for the second consecutive year.

CenTex '17 Prospect Spotlight! Tate Kipperman, OG (Round Rock)

CenTex 2017 prospect Tate Kipperman (Round Rock, 6'0" 274, 5.2) plays on one of the best offensive lines in the state of Texas. He can play both guard and center and does a great job of driving back defenders. Has a dog fighting persona against anyone lined up across from him. Kipperman also posseses an Ivy League type transcript.

CenTex '17 Prospect Spotlight! Kylan Herrera, RB (Copperas Cove)

CenTex 2017 prospect Kylan Herrera (Copperas Cove, 5'11" 175, 4.45) proved to be a big play threat using his outstanding peripheral vision as a junior. Herrera has also been slowly making a name of himself on the recent Spring camp circuit. Expect for him to have a very strong senior season.

CenTex 2017 prospect Darren Thomas (Converse Judson, 6'1" 275, 4.89) uses his size and speed to make big things happen in the trenches. He never has trouble getting into the backfield and disrupting plays. It's puzzling that he is not getting more respect in recruiting.
