After rushing for 385 yards and 4 TD's on just 12 carries in a 49-14 win over San Antonio Churchill, San Antonio Madison running back Marquis Warford (2013) is CenTex's Player of the Week for Week 4!  Warford had TD runs of 85, 66, 70, and 68 yards respectively.

Marble Falls QB #11 Mike Richardson

After setting the Texas high school state single game passing yards record with 715 yards and 7 TD's, Marble Falls QB Mike Richardson (2013) is CenTex's Player of the Week for Week 3!

Elgin HS "Athlete" #5 Da'trean Simmons

Da'trean Simmons (2014) scored 4 TD's, three different ways: rushing, an interception, and receiving (2).  Despite a 41-40 loss to Vista Ridge in Week 2, he has become known as "A BIG PLAY TIME BOMB WAITING TO EXPLODE!"

Temple HS receiver #7 Chad President

After totaling 12 receptions for 172 yards and 2 TD's in a 49-48 win vs. Austin Westlake in Week 1, Temple's Chad President (2015) is CenTex's Player of the Week.  He is a very special, young prospect.  REMEMBER WHERE YOU HEARD IT 1ST!

NFL Week 1 Highlights CenTex QB's!

In Week 1 of the 2012 NFL season, only two opposing QB's played against each other that are from the same geographical region in the U.S., CENTRAL TEXAS!

Washington Redkins' Robert Griffin III (Copperas Cove, Texas)

New Orleans Saints' Drew Brees (Austin, Texas/Westlake)

Washington won the game 40-32, giving RG3 his 1st victory as an NFL QB.
