Being A Central Texan is almost Synonymous with Being Overlooked in Recruiting!

Jerrell Freeman of the Indianapolis Colts is a former Central Texan (Waco University) that was overlooked and unranked when he finished high school and is now starting for an NFL franchise after having dominated in Division 3 football at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Very few of the many prospects rated ahead of him are actually still on an NFL roster. Freeman's story is just further evidence that the 5-star rating system is often overhyped.
